Lamination machine is designed for surface film lamination for the the disposible biodagradable pulp tableware and other industrial packaging.

Lamination machine is sheltered with stainless steel cover, the parts that may be in contact with the product are treated with Teflon.
The thermal box is made of stainless steel;
The electrical control adopts PLC and touch screen;
The heating device adopts 650W/400W  Ceramic Electric heating plate, the surface temperature can reach 800°C/650°C;
There are 7-12 temperature control zones, and the electric heating plate is equipped with an ammeter to detect the damage.
The equipment is equipped with 4 sets of 2.2kw vacuum motors;
The equipment is equipped with an automatic arm conveying product device to ensure that the operator only needs to retract the product, so as to reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
Each laminating machine is equipped with 3 aluminum alloy forming molds to meet the production needs of User.
One machine can choose 2 or 3 working areas by User according to production needs.
The molds/products replacement time takes about 2-3 hours, mainly replacing the vacuum suction discs and guide rails.
